Gusswerk - Edelguss Bio-Helles

Golden yellow in the glass, white foam. Earthy grain notes on the nose, subtle hints of peach, rhubarb and fresh hazelnuts from the bush. A slim body follows on the palate, which, together with the mild carbonation, makes the noble glaze particularly tasty. Then a malty density with a slightly peppery finish. An uncomplicated, universal and particularly balanced beer.
