Beer description
The Dies Irae is a crafted extra strong beer of the beer style "Barley Wine" with double Gährführung of top and bottom fermented brewer's yeast. The smell of dark malt tones is complemented by dark chocolate, coffee and brown bread. When drinking sweet roasted malt, warming alcohol and hop bitterness creates an imposing mood with complex aromas.
