Beer description
Our first home brewed beer with fruit, the very original intention of which was a sour in strawberry season. However, strawberry didn't turn out to be the right thing for sour, so in conversation with the homebrewers we came up with the possibility of pairing it with wheat. We tried it right away and the result was amazing. There was no need to look for complex malts, we just used pilsner and wheat malts. The hop flavour consists of typical German hops Mandarina Bavaria and Monroe. For the summer character of the beer, the only thing missing were strawberries, which we certainly did not spare and used 60 kg of them for our 10 hl batch.
