Description
Microbrewery in Mlékojedy near Litoměřice with planned annual exhibition of 2500 hl. The brewery is equipped with technology manufactured by Rolf antikor s.r.o. in Prostredni Becva and which was developed in cooperation with Elaren, s.r.o. All pressure vessels are PED certified. With this technology, Elaren s.r.o. 15 breweries were built and operated. The brewery is equipped with a two-vessel brewing boiler with steam heating and in the first stage a total of 6 CKT (4 x 20 hl + 2 x 10 hl) are installed. The brewhouse is fully equipped with valves with pneumatic or electric control and is controlled by a central digital freely programmable unit. Some production phases are automated. The cellar is completely monitored by the control unit and the measured data (time, temperature and pressure in the tanks) are archived. The device is equipped with remote access to control and operation (eg changes of some set values). A set of measured data will be provided with each batch delivered to other clients. To facilitate the work of the brewer, the brewery is equipped with a mechanized filling of malt into the online grinder and the crushed malt is transported to the wort by a screw conveyor.
