Hammarsbryggeri - Julmust

Carbonated soft drink with an interesting, very light malt taste. Hammars Julmust is an integral part of the Swedish Christmas festival. Since the early 1930s, it has been brewed according to the original Robert family recipe with home-made syrup, first-class water that reflects the flavors and an extra pinch of very special ingredients. Freshly filled into the glass, Hammars Julmust is characterized by a solid head of foam and a wonderfully dark brown color that is reminiscent of Porter. Nice and Christmassy. The taste: a slightly malty body, a clear hint of burnt caramel and Christmas spices. A good balance between acidity and sweetness, and a slightly bitter note of hops, which give the Julmust its unmistakable character.
