The finest aroma hops from Spalt near Nuremberg give the pale Heinzlein its distinctly hoppy note. Following an age-old brewing process, we use an extra large amount of these for our Heinzlein.
Typical for the pale Heinzlein is its strong tart taste, which is almost reminiscent of a Pilsner. With only 0.9% vol. Alcohol it convinces with its full beer aroma. Its rich golden color is refreshing at first sight. As in the original recipe, we do not filter the Heinzlein and leave the yeast in the beer. This allows the yeast to develop its full aroma and provides for multi-layered flavor nuances. The pale Heinzlein is bottom-fermented and has a low original wort content. Uncomplicated, tasty and light - like a summer day in Bamberg.

Beim einschenken läuft das halbe Bier auf den Tisch. Schäumt unkontrolliert und viel zu stark.
