Hohenthanner - Bayrisch Pale Ale

For the Pale Ale, the Hohenthanner brewmasters worked with five varieties of hops. In the brewhouse, Hallertauer Tradition and Tettnanger hops impart the well-known Bavarian base tone. Later, in the fermentation tank, cold hopping was done once again using hops from the Hallertau region: Mandarina Bavaria, Cascade, and Hersbrucker contribute a lot of fruity aromas to the beer. The result is an American Pale Ale with a Bavarian touch.
