Hohenthanner - Grünhopfen

Once a year, the Hohenthanner Schlossbrauerei brews a green hop beer according to traditional brewing methods. The craft beer from our traditional Lower Bavarian brewery is brewed from fresh hop cones immediately after the hop harvest. We use a special hop variety, the original Hallertauer Mittelfrüh. A total of four doses of hops are added during the brewing and maturation phase. Three during the brewing process and one during storage. This gives our green hop pilsner a very special hop note.
