Beer description

Italian-Style Pilsner La Vipera is an Italian-style Pilsner brewed in collaboration with Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats. This beer is inspired by their latest album, Nell’ ora blu, which has been on endless rotation here at the brewery and is a favorite album of 2024 of a lot of our staff. La Vipera is brewed with a simple base of pilsner malt and is heavily hopped with Tangier, a new hop we’re really excited about, grown by the awesome folks out at @segalranches. Tangier was used generously in the kettle and again as a dry-hop during fermentation. Lemon and orange pith in the aroma and flavor, this beer is easy drinking and refreshing.
