Alder - Hopfen

Pils brewed with freshly dried post-harvest flowering hops from the Locher hop company in Tettnang (Germany). Our team travelled to Germany during the harvest and brought fresh hops dried less than 24 h to the brewery for maximum aromatic freshness. Unfiltered pale beer, delicately bitter, herbaceous, floral, with light honey notes.
