It's nice to be in Staffelstaa :-) - after one and a half weeks of fermentation and six weeks of cold storage in the tank, we released it: Naturally cloudy and a little more tangy, the cellar beer is the ideal companion for warm days. With its balanced malt sweetness and a subtle spicy hops note, it goes well with hearty dishes.
