Beer description
This hearty pastry stout was brewed with several malts that provide chocolate notes, as well as lactose was added during the boiling process and toasted cocoa nibs during post-fermentation to create a full-bodied, creamy beer tending towards liquid chocolate. To get even closer to the familiar praline, we added hazelnut aroma, which is subtly present in the nose. A top comfort beer for chocolate and praline lovers!
