Beer description
The legendary pie of Limburg in a beer bottle: We started with a sour beer, sweetened it with lactose, used Biscuit malts, vanilla and cinnamon, to imitate the dough of the pie. Then 10% of cherries from Limburg to make the pie complete. Slightly sour, slightly sweet, fruity …. a great fruitbeer.
