We complete our IPA trilogy with a classic, an American IPA. Dry-hoped tightly with Citra, Azacca, Cryo Cascade and Cryo Centennial. At 100 IBU it is firmly bitter, just like its black brother Sabinus, but where does the bitterness come through more, with the blonde or black IPA?
