Hövels Hausbrauerei - Winterbier

It's getting chilly outside. In keeping with the cold season, there is another freshly brewed Dortmund beer specialty in the Hövels brewery: our winter beer. It is a top-fermented beer with 12.7% original gravity and 5.2% alcohol content. The dark, naturally cloudy barley juice is refined with roasted malt. For example, head chef Brian recommends one of our classics, the Bergmanns stew with kale, Mettwurst, Kassler and potatoes. Like Hövels Original and Hövels Zwickel, this seasonal beer is also available in one or two liter brew siphons to take away.
