Beer description
A top-fermented light specialty full of flavour and distinct bitterness. It is hopped four times successively during the boil. After fermentation, it is cold-hopped with a combination of two types of American hops - Citra, Cascade. The cold hopping gives the beer a pleasant aroma reminiscent of citrus fruits.
