A full-bodied, creamy 100% Rye IPA with a spicy body from the rye malt and a fruity bitterness. The Sorachi Ace hop variety provides fresh notes of pineapple, coconut, and cedarwood. A unique beer, because our mash filter enables us to brew with 100% rye malt.
About the name
Every first Thursday of August is International IPA Day. We celebrate this with our most distinctive IPA, brewed with 100% rye. This is already the fifth edition of this award-winning beer—long live rye!
