Beer description
This beer is brewed from Australian hops (eg Enigma, Ella), which give it a characteristic aroma. After ingestion, almost a bitterness and malt concentrate can be felt in the mouth, but the conflicting tastes are combined in a balanced unity. The slightly bitterness on the palate (in the second taste) is caused by cold hopping. The malts used are Pilsen, Vienna and Munich, making beer almost European cosmopolitan. This specialty can be described as India Pale Lager, ie a bottom fermented beer with an alcohol content of 6.2% vol. The beer is unfiltered, with a high extract content and creamy foam. It is particularly suitable for meat dishes in roast or grilled versions. However, solo tasting of this exotic classic is not excluded.
