Beer description
Zischke Original is a smooth, bottom-fermented, unfiltered, and naturally cloudy Pilsner-style cellar beer. It derives its distinctive, lively character partly from the yeast and high CO₂ content, and partly from its pleasant original gravity of 11.6% and an alcohol content of 5.0% ABV. Zischke Original captivates with its mild flavor and characteristic light color.
