Alder - Karpfen

Low-fermented German-style beer, brewed with very soft water, only pils malt of Bavarian origin and Rottenburger hops from the Locher hop company in Tettnang, Germany. A light, unfiltered, Franconian-inspired, bitter beer, characterised by a malty structure with delicate notes of honey and bread crust, peppery, herbaceous and floral hints from the hops.
