Beer description
Exquisite, fantastic cult beer. This beer was brewed in the Pilsener style, true to the Bavarian Purity Law from 1516 and your strict quality guidelines. Excellent, wonderful cult beer. Ochsenfurter Kauzen-Bräu, privately owned since 1809, is one of the most modern medium-sized breweries. More than 100,000 hl of top-quality drinks are produced per year using selected raw materials and permanent controls. Of this, 70% is accounted for by Kauzen beer and 30% by Libella brand drinks. The Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft (DLG) awarded the Ochsenfurter Kauzen Bräu the “Prize of the Best” eleven times – the brewery received the “Prize for Long-Term Product Quality” an incredible 23 times. The most recent award was in 2015. Ochsenfurter Kauzen-Bräu has been a member of the German Brau-Kooperation and Freie Brauer since August 1, 1972, as well as the Mainfrankenbier community. The brewery has been a founding member of the Bavarian Brewers' Association since 1880.

Stabiles Pils aus Bavaria. Gute Bittermoten. Am besten eiskalt genießen
Mit starker Hopfennote ist das Bier recht bitter. Geruch finde ich angenehm malzig-hopfig.
