Brett The third in our series of wild beers, brett beer was created in collaboration with Frenchman, friend and brewer Victor Mousset. The brew was fermented with Kveik, and post-fermented and matured in Sauvignon Blanc barrels with the addition of a wild yeast culture. The result is an elegant and light beer with a subtle hint of French lavender. Only available from the brewery. Per bottle €7.15
