Brouwerij Homeland - Latitude #2

Brett Latitude #2 is a bretted saison aged in red wine barrels. The beer was inspired by the ideas of winemaker Eloi, who brought a pinot noir wine barrel on the roof of his car straight from the Cote D'or of Burgundy to the brewery. A spicy and fruity beer with subtle French hops, it has a complex finish due to wild yeast, the light red wine and oak barrel ageing.
