Alder Beer - Lewis

Low-fermented German-style beer, brewed with very soft water, German malts and hops from the hop company Locher in Tettnang, Germany. A pale, unfiltered beer inspired by Franconian beers, characterised by a delicate malty structure with notes of honey and bread crust, herbaceous and floral hints from the hops, mild bitterness and moderate carbonation. First beer produced in the brewery, dedicated to Luigi Valeriani, father, without whom the brewery would not exist.
