Black coffee-coloured beer with fine hazelnut foam and persistent. On the nose hints of grapefruit and orange, while roasted malts stand out in the mouth:
coffee, chocolate and vanilla. A strong balsamic note
of pine and citrus needles give freshness to the
drinking.
Beer, black, high fermentation, raw, produced
with artisan method, refermented in the bottle,
unfiltered and unpasteurised. The presence of yeast
vivid guarantees sensorial evolution of the product in the
time.
