Magester Beer is the brainchild of Giovanni Ridolfi. Passionate about craft beers, he is dedicated to the in-depth analysis of every single characteristic, convinced that in their continuous refinement there is a way to achieve excellence.In 2016 from the meeting of Giovanni with Andrea Mangione, coming from an important brewing experience, a new phase is born for the Magester brewery. This union leads to the expansion of the plant which goes from 1 hectolito to 5 hectoliters, to a new image, and to the creation of new beers and new ideas.Magester Beer has its roots in Valnerina, a renowned place for artisanal products in the agri-food sector (such as oil, wine, cheese, honey). The master brewers, strong in the fertility of these lands, crystal clear water and aromatic herbs, experience that mix of tradition and creativity typical of Magester beer: "A BIRRIFICIO IN MOVIMENTO".
