Beer description
The glass is intensely golden, with a persistent white foam. The nose is fresh, with light notes of pine that accompany scents of grapefruit, orange, mango and pineapple. On the palate it is round but drinkable, with a rich bitterness of grapefruit peel. Double malt beer, raw, produced with artisan method, refermented in bottle, unfiltered and not pasteurized. The presence of live yeast guarantees the sensorial evolution of the product over time.
