Holy Mountain Brewing - Marionberry Table

Marionberry Table is a wheat table beer fermented and aged one year in oak with a house captured wild culture. The base beer was then transferred into Cognac puncheons on top of a large amount of Marionberries from Decker Farms, where it continued to age for a number of months. Refermented in the bottle with Brettanomyces.
