Beer description
A slender and yet fruity experience for the palate. The special "Kveik" yeast from Norway creates a light and gentle feeling on the tongue. Finished with a nice fruity note reminiscent of blueberries and honeydew melon. The word "Kveik" is one of the many Norwegian terms for "yeast". This is an ancient yeast that has been passed down through generations in traditional farmhouse breweries in Norway, but has only recently been recently. The beer is fermented with this yeast at particularly warm temperatures.
