Description
The creative brewery Mauerbrecher is located in Lonnerstadt (Middle Franconia) and was launched in early 2022 by Marc Köhler (founder and managing director). With a production volume of less than 100 hectoliters per year, the Mauerbrecher brewery is one of the smallest breweries in Germany.
Our brewing art deals with the production of craft beer and is creative craft in the truest sense. Based on the classic ingredients of hops, malt, yeast and water, we blend selected hop varieties, use special malts, sometimes enrich them with grut, spices, fruits or special yeasts and vary the alcohol content. The result is flavorful beers whose names are self-explanatory after the first sip.
We are artistic and creative in creating new flavors, but by no means artificial in taste. Our craft beers are based primarily on the wishes and ideas of our customers. Whether it's the classic pale with a special note for a social gathering, or a fresh, fruity one with little alcohol for a wedding in a large company - we make it possible together with you.
To get to know each other and "break the wall", we offer various event formats such as the classic beer tasting, the brewery picnic or the social gathering for an initial discussion to exchange ideas about your event.
