Beer description
This strictly limited Bock beer speciality with yellow oats and real highland blossom honey is a joint effort of creative beer experts.
The recipe was developed by the Bio and Environmental Technology course at Wels University of Applied Sciences (www.fh-wels.at) around beer professor Dr Alexander Jäger. With a little fine-tuning, Maximilian Meindl (Max & Malz) has conjured up a heavenly bock beer from the raw materials. Naturally fresh with a hint of lemon.
