Description
Maximilian Meindl has been brewing beer in Kallham in Upper Austria's Hausruckviertel region since 2018. The career changer learned how to brew beer from beer professor Alex Jäger at the University of Applied Sciences in Wels.
The Max & Malz range already includes over 12 varieties. All are certified organic.
It was a matter of course for Max that the first malts from Plohberger were purchased in organic quality. The first-class organic hops come from farmers in the Mühlviertel region. He has now been certified and is himself a quality partner at BIO AUSTRIA.
