Beer description
In 1516, the German Purity Law was enacted, but brewing with scarce wheat was prohibited in Bavaria. Only Duke Maximilian I succeeded in obtaining a wheat beer privilege.
Master brewer Maximilian feels particularly attached to this recipe and has created a Kallhamer Weiße, a full-bodied, yeast-cloudy beer with a fruity note.
