Beer description
This strictly limited edition bock beer specialty with golden yellow oats and real organic honey is a collaborative effort by creative beer experts. The recipe was developed by the Organic and Environmental Technology department at Wels University of Applied Sciences under the guidance of “beer professor” Dr. Alexander Jäger. Maximilian Meindl (Max & Malz) has conjured up a heavenly bock beer from the raw ingredients with a little fine-tuning. Naturally fresh with a hint of lemon.
