Naïlo - meadow

If you're lying on a lawn and pouring this beer on your face, you can imagine yourself in a European field with elderflowers. Or not, but the flavour of Meadow tends to transport you to that environment. Like many Central European drinks, this Tokaji barrel-aged beer is flavoured with elderflower, which blends well with the citrusy acidity, smelling strongly on the nose. Unlike sylva, another of our Tokaji barrel-aged sour beers, meadow is more vinous and floral. It has a milder acidity and higher carbonation.
