Beer description

Imperial Stout brewed in double mash with a blend of English and German malts, and oat flakes flavoured with Cacao Ecuador from Brave Beans specially brewed for us, cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla and Ancho chilli. Beer brewed by boiling the wort for about 10 hours with the aim of concentrating it and having a very high saccharometric density at the start of fermentation. A very dense, slightly carbonated, full-bodied, oily and velvety black beer. Characterised by notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, very light nuances of cinnamon and pepper, with a slightly spicy finish.
