Polly's - Mixed Feelings

Experimentation is always part of our MO here at Polly’s HQ, and whilst we’re always happy to embrace our status as a modern day hop slinger, there’s alwaMixed Feelings takes a sideways route for one of our usual hop drenched pale ales with a combination that brings a little more of an old school vibe to proceedings, whilst keeping one foot firmly in the new school. A hearty addition of both Cashmere and Talus both hot and cold side of the brewing process brings a bouquet of bright lemon and lime notes, with some grapefruit, and just an edge of tropical fruit and coconut flavours to the party.
