Holy Mountain Brewing - New Heaven, New Earth

Ale Aged in Oak Barrels on Robada Apricots New Heaven, New Earth is a blend of oak aged, mixed fermentation beers incorporating a large portion of Demonteller fermented in oak barrels. After blending, it went through a second fermentation in one of our oak foudres on top of an insane amount of Robada Apricots from our friends at Gilbert Orchards in Yakima, WA.
