Beer description
Strong flavors of roasted malt and coffee, accompanied by a hint of dark chocolate. The addition of lactose ensures a full-bodied sweetness, complemented by a hint of vanilla. German Northern Brewer hops provide the bitterness and give the sweetness of the beer a subtle counterweight. Fermented with an English yeast starch that leaves more residual sugar and a cleaner taste, making the malt components speak for themselves. Available for growler fillings and on draft in the brewery's own taproom. Currently sold out in bottles (as of January 2018).
