The bitterness of the beer comes into its own at the lower end of the IPA bitterness scale and was achieved through generous amounts of locally grown hops. Dried hops, it shows the floral, vegetable and citrus aromas of hops and complements the characteristic spicy and fruity notes of Belgian yeast.
