Polly's - New Seasons

It’s a question we ponder often here at Polly’s – just how do you get that flavour intensity of one of our bigger beers, but reel it back to a more sessionable strength so as not to peak too early? With New Seasons, we’ve theorised that the way to do it is just dumping a metric tonne of some of the most pungent, potent hop varietals we utilise in the brewery today into a single beer. Featuring an A-list lineup of Strata, Citra, Galaxy, and Idaho-7, this pale ale is all about the low bitterness and high juice. Expect to find a whole bucket load of passionfruit, fresh citrus, soft peach, and overripe pineapple aroma and flavour notes, in what might be our most bombastic pale to date. Wrapped up in a hearty lashing of our signature LA3 yeast strain for maximum suspension and mouthfeel, this is a beer perfectly matched for the peak of summer.
