Noctem - Équilibre

This beer was developed with our friends at Fine Balance Brewery in Kingston, Ontario. Their flagship beer, Oats and Cream, inspired us to produce a Double Oat Cream NEIPA with New Zealand hops for this joint project. The oats provide a dense malt structure that perfectly supports the aromas of ripe peaches, passion fruit and citrus fruits released by the Superdelic, Riwaka and Nectaron hops!
