Oedipus Brewing - Ray

Brewed in collaboration with Paradiso Amsterdam, Ray is a 5% American style Pale Ale that captures the spirit of one of the city’s most iconic music venues, a cultural prism where sounds, ideas and communities collide. Most pale ales lean American, but with Ray we wanted to show what Europe can do: bright citrus, passionfruit and floral notes from European hops layered into a crisp, lightly bitter beer that is endlessly drinkable. Ray is a beam of energy in a glass, golden, zesty and refreshing, with a clean malt base and a dry finish that keeps you coming back for more. It is vibrant yet balanced, made to be shared across tables, stages and dance floors. Just like Paradiso’s light filled nights, Ray is about connection and collaboration, where brewing meets rhythm and a beer becomes part of the moment.
