Philipp Irmer came to Osek at the invitation of the last abbot Henry Bernard Thebes from the Diocese of Münster and contributes significantly to the legacy of the Cistercians. He is also actively involved in the administration of Bohosudov, Duchcov and Mariánské Radčice. Here he also restored one of the oldest pilgrimage sites in Bohemia, almost from ruins. Light, bottom-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized lager, brewed from two malts and hopped exclusively by Saaz semi-early reddish, which gives the beer a fine hop aroma and pleasant bitter aftertaste.
