Ossegg Praha

OSSEGG Breweries is a concept of microbreweries with a restaurant that follows the tradition of Osek beer produced in the monastery brewery in Osek since 1241. OSSEGG Brewery in Prague is the first of a group of branded breweries throughout Europe. Under construction are breweries in Dresden, Duisburg and Madrid. OSSEGG beer is live, unfiltered and unpasteurized. Ossegg Praha use top brewing technology made by their sister company Strojírna Litvínov. The menu is focused on Czech cuisine, with local adjustments. Integration of the brewhouse and brewing technology parts into the restaurant interior will give you a deeper insight into beer production. Ossegg Praha breweries are designed by a renowned architectural studio and contain distinctive design elements that unite the OSSEGG concept. The producer of brewing technology is their sister company Strojírna Litvínov. The brewery is equipped with a two-pot brewhouse with a capacity of 15 hl, with a separate whirlpool and an automatic control system including pneumatic valve control. In the process of fermentation and maturation, 9 cylindrical-conical tanks are used, each with a volume of 30 hl.
