Beer description
Wild Ale fermented with a proprietary blend of yeast and bacteria, aged in wine barrels. For the last month of fermentation we added freshly picked Polish strawberries, which are definitely noticeable in aroma and taste. The whole creates a delicately sour, phenolic and wild combination.
