We brew at our brewery in Wieprz, next door to the PINTA brewery.
Our still young rooftop, is already bearing the weight of fame. No one so far in Poland, has launched a barrel project on such a large scale, at such a fast pace and with such a good response from the community. Today, you will find more than a dozen types of barrels under our roof. In total, on the wild and clean zones (where dark beers are matured) we have 100 of each, but eventually there will be 3-4 times more. In addition to 2 barrel warehouses, you will find a 2 vessel brewhouse with a whirlpool. (10hl, semi-automatic system). Tanks on the clean side: 2x25hl, 3x20hl; on the wild side: 2x25hl, 2x30hl. Plus a coolship (cooling tray for spontaneous fermentation beers), a small line for bottling wild beers, a corking machine including a basket maker, an infuser for applying additives to clean beers (coconut, coffee, cocoa, vanilla).
And so much for the technology. The rest is just nature, time and patience of the brewer.
