Pinta Barrel - Immersion

Imperial smoked porter aged 14 months in George Dickel and Willett bourbon barrels. The addition of Suska Sechlońska, or smoke-dried Hungarian plums, brought definite smoky and fruity notes to the beer, boosted by the aroma of freshly ground cinnamon and vanilla.
