Spontaneous, sour
Fermentation
Beer description
Wild ale in an unusual edition. After fermentation, the beer was transferred to bourbon barrels, where it spent almost 9 months. The influence of American oak is clearly discernible through notes of vanilla and delicate tannins in the taste. On the finish you will find a distinct, crisp acidity. The vanilla effect was further enhanced by the addition of blanched vanilla sticks from Madagascar and Ugadna a few days before bottling.
Hops
Lublin / Lubelski aromatic hop
