Beer description
A thick, oily and dark Imperial Stout.
Its distinct character was given by aging in two bourbon barrels and specially selected additives. Lightly roasted coconut flakes from Sri Lanka dominate the taste and aroma. Immediately following, strong coffee coming from Brazilian Catuai Vermelho beans, aged in Liberty barrels before firing. On the finish, a pronounced rebounding vanilla, further conquered by two types of vanilla sticks of the Uganda and Papua New Guinea varieties.
Hops
Columbus bitter hop, East Kent Golding aromatic hop
